In the presence of Bernard Brochand, Deputy Mayor of Cannes, Roland Cracco, CEO of Interparking Group, inaugurated on May 15th 2013 the French National Control Center (NCC).
The NCC is located in the Suquet-Forville car park but it ensures the technical management of all the car parks operated by Interparking France. Video, wireless audio, toll equipment, technical alarm monitoring, can be controlled by the NCC at any time. Subsequently, staff members can be sent to solve issues in our car parks or help our customers.
Moreover, a system ensures continuous communication between the staff member sent on mission and the NCC. This device is a significant advance in Interparking’s quality and security policy.
